Customer Requirements Analysis

Before preparing the quotation and subsequently submitting the offer, a preliminary feasibility analysis is carried out to assess the technical documentation and the customer's specific requirements in detail.

The objective is to identify the most effective solutions and the most suitable resources for the design and manufacture of tooling, as well as to optimize the production process in terms of quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Production Process Design and Planning

1. Design and manufacture of the tooling and dies required for the production process.
2. Design of laser cutting nests to optimize raw material utilization.
3. Definition of manufacturing cycles to ensure efficient management of production stages.
4. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities in collaboration with the Quality, Production, and Purchasing departments to ensure a controlled and reliable process.
5. Definition of product finishing operations to complete and enhance the final component.

Inspection and Validation of the Manufactured Product

Support for the Quality department through to the final validation of production processes and the product, ensuring compliance with the required standards and customer specifications.
